APPOINTMENTS AND SERVICES

Service availability, duration, prices, and results may vary based on hair condition, service complexity, product needs, and consultation findings. Prices marked “+” are starting prices. A complimentary consultation may be required before certain services.

DEPOSITS

Services priced at $150 or more may require a flexible deposit of approximately 20%–30%. Any required amount will be disclosed before booking and applied to the final service balance.

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS

Please call (443) 683-4160 at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are accepted by phone only. Late changes are reviewed case by case. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of a deposit. Late arrivals may require a shortened, rescheduled, or modified service.

PAYMENTS

You agree to provide current and accurate information for appointments and payments. Any third-party booking or payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, impersonate another person, or use content unlawfully.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site text, branding, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Shiloh Tranquility and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.
